Tech is the fastest-growing part of New Zealand's economy — yet most students never picture themselves in it. The ones who'd thrive are often the ones who assume the door is closed: no degree, no connections, no roadmap. As an Impact School, you change that.
The Tech Career Launchpad is an NZQA Level 3, 30-credit micro-credential that gives your students a real taste of a tech career in as little as 8 weeks. Delivered alongside your school, students work on hands-on projects with industry mentors, explore the roles open to them, and finish with NCEA credits and a clear next step — the foundation they build on before stepping into our accelerators or straight into work.
Every Impact School receives a minimum of five fully-funded Impact Scholarships - giving students who'd otherwise miss out a life-changing start in tech, at no cost to them.
Tech shouldn't be reserved for the privileged few. Impact Schools bring it to students from every background — especially the ones who'd never have seen it as an option for them.
Mission Ready is an NZQA Category 1 provider, and through our 300+ industry partners students work on real projects with real mentors — graduating with employer-recognised credentials, not just theory.
Fast-tracked, hands-on learning in as little as 8 weeks, designed to fit around your timetable and re-energise students who've switched off from traditional study.
Graduates can step straight into our Level 5 accelerators or into work — a genuine next step, whatever they choose.
Our mission is simple: to build better skills, better lives, and a better world. Schools trust us to deliver on this mission through results-driven programmes designed to benefit both students and the wider community.
"The Tech Career Launchpad is the best thing we’ve offered students. It’s hands-on, personalised, and truly transformative." — Papakura High School principal
From data analysts and software developers to UX designers and business analysts, students explore a variety of tech roles they may never have considered.
Students work toward NZQA Level 3 Unit Standard credits alongside the Tech Career Launchpad micro-credential.
Your school invites students into the programme — we help you identify who'll benefit most.
Over 8 weeks, students build practical skills on real industry projects, supported by mentors.
Every student finishes with a personalised next step mapped out — further study, a scholarship pathway, or employment.
