AI fluency is becoming a leadership requirement. This pathway helps you move from using AI tools to owning AI-enabled product decisions.

Track A · Product career path
1
AI Product Manager

Leads AI-enabled discovery, prioritisation, delivery, and measurement.

2
Senior Product Manager

Owns roadmap decisions across business, design, data, and technical teams.

3
Head of Product

Track B · Industry leadership through AI product design
1
You spot the opportunity

You notice where AI could actually help in your team's work, and can explain why in plain terms.

2
You scope it properly

You turn that opportunity into a concept someone could actually build, tradeoffs and risks included.

3
You're the one asked first

When your organisation has an AI idea, you're the person asked to shape it before it goes anywhere.

Same process either way. Track A takes it toward a product career. Track B takes it back into the job you already have.
