Before you apply
The first two weeks are built for it. We run structured ideation with you — where the market gaps are, what your background gives you an edge in, and how to test an idea quickly before committing ten weeks to it.
No developer background is required. Prior exposure helps you move faster, but motivation and follow-through matter more. What you need is a willingness to be pointed at a problem and work it out, with AI and your mentors to help.
An NZQA Level 6 credential from a Category 1 provider. There is no exam — you present your venture to your trainer and peers and submit the documentation behind it, and both are assessed against the Level 6 criteria. You will be working to those criteria from week one.
Honestly, no. Ten weeks gets you a tested product, real technical and commercial judgement, and a recognised credential. Launching and growing a business takes longer than any programme — we'd rather say that plainly than oversell it.
