Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions

  1. Definitions
    1. Referrer means a current Mission Ready applicant, student, or alumnus who submits a referral under this promotion.
    2. Referred Candidate means a person referred by a Referrer.
    3. Valid Referral means a referral that meets all conditions in section 2.
    4. Participant means any Referrer taking part in this campaign.
    5. Programme means the 8-week Tech Career Launchpad beginning 20 October 2025.
  2. Eligibility and Valid Referrals
    1. This campaign is open to all current Mission Ready applicants, students, and alumni.
    2. A Valid Referral is one where the Referred Candidate:
      1. has not previously enrolled in or completed any Mission Ready programme; however, they may have previously enquired about, applied for, or otherwise contacted Mission Ready;
      2. enrols in the 20 October 2025 Tech Career Launchpad Programme; and
      3. completes that 8-week Programme.
    3. Referrers and Referred Candidates do not have to be in the same intake or programme.
    4. Each referral must be submitted through the official referral form or by using a unique referral code provided by Mission Ready.
    5. Referrals of people who are already enrolled in a Mission Ready programme or who have previously completed one are not eligible.

  3. Campaign Period
    1. The campaign runs from 15 October 2025 to 22 October 2025.
      Only referrals received and confirmed within this period count toward eligibility.

  4. How to Enter
    • Participants may refer as many people as they wish.
    • Each Valid Referral earns one entry.
    • The number of Valid Referrals determines each participant’s ranking for prize

  5. 5. Prizes
    1. Ranking Prize
      1. Top Referrer Tech Gear Bundle (NZD$500)
    2. Next 10 Referrers
      1. NZ $100 PB Tech gift card each
    3. Mission Ready may substitute an equivalent bundle or credit of similar value at its sole discretion.
    4. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or tuition credit.
      In the event of a tie, the Referrer whose final Valid Referral was verified first in Mission Ready’s system will rank higher.
  6. Verification and Prize Distribution
    1. Verification will take place within one week after the Programme concludes (approximately mid-December 2025).
    2. Mission Ready may request reasonable evidence of the referral relationship (for example, emails or messages showing that the Referrer introduced the Referred Candidate).
    3. Winners will be notified by email and announced on Mission Ready’s official channels within one week of verification.
    4. If a Referred Candidate withdraws, defers, or does not complete the Programme, the referral is no longer valid

  7. Privacy and Publicity
    1. Personal information collected under this campaign will be used only to administer the promotion and contact winners, in accordance with Mission Ready’s Privacy Policy.
    2. By taking part, participants consent to Mission Ready publishing their name and photograph for promotional purposes if they win.
  8. Exclusions and Limitations
    • Referrals of candidates already receiving scholarships or discounted fees count toward ranking but do not receive additional financial benefits beyond the stated prizes.
    • Mission Ready may amend or cancel the campaign only if necessary (for example, due to circumstances beyond its control). Any material change will be announced on missionreadyhq.com.
    • Mission Ready’s decisions on eligibility, verification, and prize allocation are final.

      These Terms and Conditions are governed by New Zealand law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
