We are in search for an Office Administration Assistant who will be responsible for many different tasks related to the smooth operations of the office. Responsibilities will include, fielding calls and maintaining calendars on behalf of the executives, and organising reports and documents to ensure ease of access.

The Role
* Greet visitors at the office and assist them with company-related enquiries
* Ensure that the visitors sign in and out
* Manage the stock register and maintain office supply
* Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Answer and direct all incoming phone calls and book appointments
* Maintain calendars
* Establish communications between customers and executives
* Organise documents and reports
* Planning and executing various team events and off-sites
* Coordinate activities, projects and resources as directed by the executives
* Writing reports, presentations, and efficient summaries
* Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Successful Candidates will have:
* Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
* Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
* Organizing and coordinating skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team
* Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills, qualifications and experience:

We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to lead initiatives that deliver on our mission of becoming the Employers first choice for Tech Talent. This is an essential role to support Mission Ready’s strategic commitment to drive two key strategic activities:

* Growing industry partnerships and placements to increase our candidates’ chances of success
* Drive activations that increase brand awareness to increase industry partner engagement

Responsibilities include:

* Develop and implement our partnerships strategy
* Become Mission Ready’s primary contact for industry placements, mentorship, and strategic partnerships
* Manage and enhance our commercial, and non-commercial partnerships
* Develop strong internal and external relationships
* Facilitate activities and events that provide engagement opportunities
* Serve as a liaison to develop partnerships between Mission Ready and local community groups throughout the region
* Prepare reports and proposals, and responds to partner enquiries

* Develop robust stakeholder management
* Develop strategies to promote students to industry partners including but not limited to email campaigns, blogs, and newsletters
* Build sustainable relationships with industry groups and partners to grow Mission Ready’s brand and success

The successful candidate will have:
* Business development and account management experience, with the ability to manage and grow industry partnerships
* Ability to develop and deliver presentations
* Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
* Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new             strategies and procedures
* Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals

Required skills, qualifications and experience:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* 2+ years in a similar role with strong self-motivation to drive results
* An understanding of the tertiary educational context
* Experience working with community networks and individuals, groups or agencies providing support and/or services
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
* Strong organization and coordination skills
* Knowledge of the IT industry and technology is advantageous
* The ability to work effectively with diverse populations, and stand strong in a multicultural world
* Te Reo is an advantage though not essential

Mission Ready is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Growth Marketer to lead growth marketing and conversion rate optimization for our education startup. In this cross-functional role, you’ll learn a lot and will have the chance to try new things on many different channels. In this role, optimization instincts, product savvy, creative content creation and an analytical mindset are key to driving growth, engagement, and conversion.

* Work with cross functional team (Product, Services, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support Mission Ready’s growth goals.
* Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.
* Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.
* Manage all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and drive content creation.
* Manage SEO.
* Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
* Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level.

* Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and * keep complex projects moving forward.
* Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
* Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability.
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, Canva, Photoshop, Mailchimp, Hootsuite (or, other Social Media Management     Systems)
* Proficient with Analytics.
* 3+ years’ experience in SEO, growth marketing.
* Strong video & photography creation and editing skills to develop in-house organic social media content
